Answer :-

1.Project management is an activity that will be done by an organisation base on their skills of knowledge, tools, and technique to project activities to meet the project requirements.

2 a) "project concept" is the 1st stage in project management. It is the first step to do by an organisation by thinking the actual scope of a project. "Project initiation" is the first phase in project management lifecycle, which is they can start a new project by defining its objectives, scope, and purposes.

b) "Project definition" is the 2nd stage in project management. it is identifying the real objective and scope of the project. "Project planning" is using mind about how they should start before doing the actual projects, what they need to meet the actual requirements of the project.

c) Project launch or execution is the 3rd stage in project management lifecycle. The meaning of this stage is to release the project to the public, let them try it and ask for a feedback.

d) Project performance and control is the 4th stage in the project management lifecycle. it is a project of doing bug fixes and updating the project making sure that the project will not do any failures in the future.

e) "Project close" is the 5th stage in the project management lifecycle. After all the needs is already meet the requirements of the project and after fixing the bug or anything that comes from the end-user, the project will be finalized here and released officially.
